Edit/Update: Currently working with Kyle on the situation, he has been very accommodating and helpful in trying to resolve my issues. I am taking the car in on Saturday. I will update my review more when we come to a resolution.
Final Update
Kyle was amazing to work with getting my issues resolved. The only issue I have now is that I wish Kyle was at the dealership when I purchased the car. Had Kyle been there I am sure I would not have gone through all the issues I had, it would have been taken care of!

Tobyn was excellent to work with—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pushy. I felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of and understood all my options. Most importantly, I walked away feeling like I was treated fairly and got a good deal. I will definitely be sticking with James River for all my vehicle purchases and service going forward.

Jad was excellent. After my car was totaled in the giant hailstorm, Jad knew what I wanted, which wasn’t an easy fix and turned out to be impossible in the amount of time we had. He was patient with my needs and did not pressure me in the least, and in the end helped me find something that fit my needs.
I have all my service work done here. It is extremely easy to schedule an appointment online. They are always ready for me when I show up. The work is always done well and I am told how long it will take. Toni is my service advisor and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

He was able to do basically the whole deal over the phone! I came in the following day. I signed some paperwork and drove home in my new Jeep!!! My salesman Renato Granja was amazing! Very helpful and willing to help you in any way he can. The 3 stars was because of the finance guy Byron Dunn. He was very puchy and very rude on tring to get me to take the extra coverage on the car. I was working with my bank on this coverage not him. Great experience at this dealership. I broke down while traveling through the area unexpectedly and found the dealership online. I found service advisor - Angel to be very thoughtful and considerate. Due to the age of my Ram 2500 I explored purchasing a newer used 2500 or possibly a new one.
