I bought a newer Ram pickup from them. I was able to call and ask questions and easily schedule an appointment. My salesman was Lucas and he reached out before my meeting and continuously after the sale was completed to make sure I had gotten everything rolling financially and the truck was fine.
Excellent experience-I shopped on line for a vehicle,came across James River Jeep they had excellent choices in my price range with low mileage newer models. I flagged a couple of choices they immediately contacted me to test drive the choices. Never had any hard sales or pushy sales. They let me enjoy the task of finding my vehicle. Will definitely refer them to anyone and will choose them again.

I came from Arkansas to purchase my new vehicle and I began working with Lucas over the phone the day prior. He immediately understood that I couldn’t spend much time at the dealership in addition to my commute, so he had all of the paperwork ready to go and the car I was interested in pulled up front when I arrived! The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at James River CDJR made us feel welcome. Lucas, our salesman, was phenomenal. He communicated throughout the entire process and followed up a few days after the purchase. We already had our financing approved, but they were able to get us a lower APR. James River CDJR will be our first stop when we are ready for another purchase.

I’d like to compliment the dealership as a whole and how they took care of me! Bret Smith was my salesman! I was a cash buyer from out of state and showed up on a Saturday afternoon. He was waiting for me at the airport in my truck completely detailed and full of diesel! Once at the dealership there was a slight question over my Utah cashiers check and being that it was a Saturday evening there was no real way to VARIFY the cashiers check via a bank phone call or verification. Probably the easiest, quickest and low stress purchase I've ever had for a new vehicle. I hate shopping for a new car, but these guys made it easy, they even went out of their way to find additional incentives to save me money! We took my husband’s older Dodge Caravan to the service department to find a water leak into the cabin. The service department had it diagnosed within the hour. This was after we took it to multiple other places to have it diagnosed and get getting shoulder shrugs followed by, we can’t figure it out. And the customer service was fantastic to top it off!
